ess.amor.resolution.sigma_Q(angular_resolution, wavelength_resolution, sample_size_resolution, q_bins)#

Combine all of the components of the resolution and add Q contribution.

Parameters
  • angular_resolution (Variable) – Angular resolution contribution.

  • wavelength_resolution (Variable) – Wavelength resolution contribution.

  • sample_size_resolution (Variable) – Sample size resolution contribution.

  • q_bins (Variable) – Q-bin values.
