scippneutron.tof.unwrap.source_chopper(choppers, source_time_range, source_chopper_name)

Return the chopper defining the source location and time-of-flight time origin.

If there is no pulse-shaping chopper, then the source-pulse begin and end time are used to define a fake chopper.
