scippneutron.tof.unwrap.pulse_offset(pulse_period, pulse_stride, event_time_zero)#

Return the offset of a pulse within a frame.

This has no special meaning, since on its own it does not define which pulse is used for the frame. Instead of taking this into account here, the SourceChopper used to compute OffsetFromTimeOfFlight will take care of this. This assumes that the choppers have been defined correctly.
