Propagate a neutron frame by a distance.

Parameters:

time (Variable) – Time of the neutron frame.
wavelength (Variable) – Wavelength of the neutron frame.
distance (Variable) – Distance to propagate. Can be a range of distances.

Returns:

Variable – Propagated time.
