ess.amor.resolution.sigma_Q(da, angular_resolution, wavelength_resolution, sample_size_resolution, qbins)[source]#

Combine all of the components of the resolution and add Q contribution.

Parameters:
  • angular_resolution (ess.amor.types.AngularResolution (scipp.Variable)) – Angular resolution contribution.

  • wavelength_resolution (ess.amor.types.WavelengthResolution (scipp.Variable)) – Wavelength resolution contribution.

  • sample_size_resolution (ess.amor.types.SampleSizeResolution (scipp.Variable)) – Sample size resolution contribution.

  • q_bins – Q-bin values.

Returns:

types.QResolution (scipp.Variable) – Combined resolution function.
