Workflow for the MAGIC single-crystal magnetism diffractometer.

This is currently a placeholder skeleton: it registers default beamline parameters but provides no reduction providers yet. Single-crystal and polarisation-analysis providers will be added as the MAGIC reduction pipeline is developed.
