Element-wise inverse tangent of y/x determining the correct quadrant.

Parameters

• y (Variable) – Input y values.

• x (Variable) – Input x values.

• out (Optional[Variable], default: None) – Optional output buffer.

Returns

Variable – The signed inverse tangent values of y/x in the range [-π, π].
